Now in her new shop, Mantilla shares, "We’re actually busier here than in the trailer. I’m so happy. It’s exciting. It’s a little nerve-wracking.” Being on solid ground gives her peace of mind amidst the unpredictability of Florida’s weather, allowing her to focus on what she loves most—serving her customers with delicious coffee and warm smiles.
